As well as being such a vibrant environment; we have found having an exhibitor stand invaluable in making new contacts and starting to build relationships. The atmosphere is highly conducive to building rapport with other NLP professionals and it has been commercially successful, with both course bookings and product sales. We cannot wait to have a stand again next year…exhibiting at this conference is now one of the first things to go in our calendar each year!

Why Exhibit at the 2023 NLP International Conference?
2023 is different... we are:

There are many benefits in being an Exhibitor at the 2023 NLP International Conference... and for 2023, there are even more options…
​
We are running the Conference over 2 weekends – Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May 2023 and Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May 2023. The first is in-person, at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre, Heathrow. The second weekend is virtual only.
​
As an Exhibitor, you get a choice of whether you want a physical stand at the in-person Conference PLUS a virtual stand, or if you only want a virtual stand. Whichever you choose, you get visibility for 7 months on the Conference app and the NLP Conference website. You also get two tickets for yourself and a colleague that give you access to the Conference!

There are a number of opportunities which allow you to showcase your products and services to an eager, NLP-trained audience…

In-Person Exhibitor £795 + VAT
With the in-person event, you and a colleague have the chance to meet the attendees in the room across the weekend - It’s a real “1-2-many” experience! You and your colleague also get refreshments and lunch on both days, plus free parking too. [Set-up time from 16:00 Friday 12th May 2023].

You also get your virtual booth for the duration of the conference and a 30 minute live slot on the Virtual weekend… Places are strictly limited to 12 for the in-person stands.

Virtual Only Exhibitor - £495 +VAT
As a Virtual Only Exhibitor, you get the same exposure on the app and website and a 30-minute live slot on the Virtual Weekend plus two Virtual Only tickets for you and a colleague to attend the Conference and be present at your Virtual Exhibitor Live session. Places will be strictly limited to 4 for Virtual Only Exhibitors.
