In this session you will learn about the power of your state in influencing engagement in the learning environment and how you can effectively create an optimum environment for learning.
You will gain an understanding of the importance of having a positive perception of your students to increase their success. You will learn how to implement this positive perception through language and behaviour to enhance their self belief and confidence in learning.
You will develop a greater awareness of how you can bring your values and passion for teaching to intentionally create a learning environment that is inclusive and inspiring, and develops your learners compassion, creativity and courage in the classroom and beyond.

Sarah is an NLP Coach and Trainer based in the lovely seaside town of Blackpool.

Having spent 20 years in Education I taught many disadvantaged young people who had experienced barriers to success in their Education. I realised very early in my career that a resourceful state and positive perception of my learners was fundamental in helping them achieve in the classroom and beyond.
