Getting high is great! Don’t worry, I’m not talking about drugs, but the benefits of taking your coaching practice out into nature, and specifically to somewhere with a big perspective and view. (Note: It doesn’t have to be a huge mountain – your local park works well too.)    

 

You will learn some of the research and theory behind why coaching in nature can be so powerful, as well as some handy hints, tips and things to think about when running your sessions outside, from dealing with weather, to taking notes while on the move.

About Cat...

Cat is an outdoor coach, facilitating walking-coaching session and personal development courses in nature.

 

The outdoors brings many benefits to coaching, from the meditative effects of walking, to feelings of forward momentum to the broad range of metaphors available, as well as the more obvious advantages to physical and mental health.  

 

Cat is also an Expedition Leader, having led expeditions to Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp and The Arctic Circle, bring a unique perspective on the personal development opportunities in the outdoors.
